TL;DR: We do not use cookies and we do not collect any personal data.

Your privacy is extremely important to us, thus we do no track any individual people. As a visitor of the userctl.xyz website:

Analytics

We do run the Plausible Analytics script to collect some anonymous data for statistical purposes. Our goal here is to get an overall trend of our traffic, not to track any individual visitors. To do so, Plausible collects only aggregated data, no personal or identifiable data is stored or collected.

Device typeDesktopWe use this to understand what devices people use when visiting this website. This is derived from window.innerWidth. The actual width of the browser in pixels is discarded.
Visitor CountryGermanyWe look up the visitor’s country using the IP address. We do not track anything more granular than the country of origin and the IP address of the visitor is discarded and never stored.

We decided to use Plausible as our analytics tool as it is completely open-source, do not use any cookies and respects our visitors privacy. The service is also extremely transparent about the way it collected and stores data.
